Wow, just wow!! Kate is not your average MT, she is amazing! Her techniques and approach to massage are very different than anyone else in town. Kate focuses on what you need right then in that moment, 'listens' to your body with insane intuition, her professionalism is always on point and she always explains what/why she is doing something which is awesome. I've learned so much about my body and have improved my performance since I started with her. Hands down a five star therapist!
