Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Email and text reminders are sent out 72hrs in advance, and text reminders are sent 48hrs in advance. Because it is difficult to fill a canceled appointment without sufficient notice, missed sessions or sessions canceled without 24hrs notice will be charged 100% of your session fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, please text or email at least 24 hours in advance.
